1Contact Support
Click the down-arrow (▾) in the upper-right corner and choose Chat. Contact customer support to request your educational discount.
2Submit Verification Documents
Upload the documents requested by support and provide an educational email address (school domain).
3Verify Code
We will send a code to your educational email. Reply to the chat with the code to finish verification.
Note：Discounts are limited to K-12 teachers, university students and staff. One account per person.
Note：Your educational discount resets every year on August 1. If you are still a teacher or student, you can reapply by contacting customer support.
