What is CloudDock?

CloudDock is a cloud computing platform that provides virtual computer systems and virtual computer environments you can use instantly in a full GUI desktop — no Linux setup, no SSH, no marketplace noise. It’s built for creators, students, and small teams who want a predictable workstation to train models, run apps, and ship results faster.

With CloudDock, each session runs on dedicated, self-owned hardware and a unified software stack, so your workflow stays consistent across machines. You can access your environment through the browser, manage files inside the virtual desktop, and run common ML tooling without wrestling drivers or system dependencies. For organizations, CloudDock also supports cloud hosting and technical consulting on datacenter architecture, public/private cloud integration, and operational reliability — with resources deployed near end users for low-latency access.

Are you a marketplace?

No. We run 100% self-owned, brand-new hardware only.

Hardware source?

All machines are CloudDock self-owned and brand-new; no outsourcing or used/mining cards.

Do I need SSH or Linux?

No — full GUI desktop. SD WebUI & Jupyter are built-in.

What happens to my data?

Normal expiration destroys the container (no residuals). Abnormal shutdowns are preserved for security review only.

Payments?

Zelle only. Transparent hourly pricing. No surprise fees.

Refunds?

Interruption <50% used = full refund; <80% = half; >80% = none. Top-ups are non-refundable.

Education pricing?

Contact support with a valid student/teacher ID to enable discounts.
